Job description:
Job responsibilities: Job Responsibilities:
1. The Department is mainly responsible for product proofing and receiving the drawing programming tasks assigned by the team leader;
2. Be responsible for timely completing the tasks of proofing and CNC tool path preparation of mass-produced parts, and carefully check to ensure that there is no abnormality;
3. Be responsible for outputting processing program, line cutting drawing, lathe drawing, etc;
4. Communicate with the R & D designers about machinability of the drawing design, and assist CNC technicians to solve on-site processing and programming problems;
5. Consciously and strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the Department and the company;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualification: Qualification:
1. Proficient in product proofing, familiar with UG software programming, proficient in four axis and five axis programming is preferred;
2. Be proficient in CNC processing technology of various complex structure precision parts, and be able to design common proofing and mass production fixtures;
3. Understand CNC processing and program optimization of batch products;
4. College degree or above, major in machinery or mold;
